Pancake day has a habit of becoming pancake week at Dunedin, and this year was no exception. Pancakes were the order of the day, every day in the kitchen, with a variety of traditional (and not so traditional) fillings satisfying both pupils and staff. Pancake rivalry even extended outside with a staff/pupil pancake race – where a pancake or two allegedly may have hit the deck.
